Application form

If you have protected identity and therefore not can use our web application, you should use our application form. You can also use the application form if you don’t have an email address, otherwise you should use our online application in Swedish or online application in English

Application form for evaluation of foreign education (pdf)

Use one application form per level of education that you want evaluated. For instance, if you both have an upper secondary education and a bachelor’s degree, you fill in two application forms.
